This is Chris with his older brother Justin! Chris is his own MAN... He has so much energy! He is one of the most creative kids I know. His biggest struggle in school right now is math. Unfortunately, our whole family struggles with math. But we try to encourage him often and hope that over time, math will finally CLICK... I noticed his struggles first started when he began to learn his times tables. In my daughters class, they do what is called math timings, or "math facts", and they do these based on their individual goals. If the student passes and can move ahead, then they do but, if they struggle, then they work where they are comfortable until they are ready to move forward. I think that this is a great way to help children succeed in math.
