This is my oldest son Justin. In 2006 he was diagnosed with ADHD. It has just been within the last couple of years that I have heard about IEP's (Individualized Education Plans), and how they work. There are times that I wish that I had received more information regarding this, so that I could have requested that he be a part of it. I know that this would have helped him to have a better and more positive outlook regarding school and his education. However, regardless of his disability, he still strives for great things. Last year he played in the Sky View High Marching Band, and did extremely well. He hopes to compete again this year!
